What we offer:
  • We're employee-owned, meaning you benefit from our shared success
  • 24/7 access to an online GP, plus wellbeing, mental health, financial and legal support
  • Two paid volunteering days a year - support your local community or causes that matter to you
  • Hundreds of exclusive discounts and perks through our employee portal
  • Training and development programmes, including apprenticeships, to support your career goals
  • A dedicated Diversity & Inclusion committee (Mosaic) and Mental Health First Aiders championing wellbeing across the business
  • Ongoing recognition and annual awards to celebrate the great work you do
As a Cleaning Site Manager, you'll be:
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service consistently
  • Carrying out audits, preparing reports, and delivering projects in collaboration with the Regional Director
  • Organising regular meetings with clients to review contract performance and specifications
  • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and regulations
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve services, drive efficiencies, and add value for clients
As a Cleaning Site Manager, you'll have:
  • Strong people management skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to plan ahead, stay calm under pressure, and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and contract performance monitoring
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety within the cleaning or facilities management industry
  • Previous experience working with commercial clients (preferred but not essential)
