Job Description

We are recruiting an Account Manager to join our team at our Heathrow and/or Midlands sites. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting service evolution aligned with customer goals.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Liaise directly with customer key stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements
  • Achieve sales targets for the division and company
  • Develop and implement sector sales strategies
  • Increase sales and profitability from existing and new accounts
  • Provide reporting and analysis
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Prepare complex commercial proposals in collaboration with operational teams
  • Assist with operational delivery when needed

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have a proven background in key account management within a B2B environment, a track record of sales growth, and strong commercial acumen. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Experience in workplace drug testing and procurement is desirable but not essential. A scientific background or education is an advantage.

The right candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with strategic thinking, ownership, and collaboration skills. Willingness to travel is required. Integrity and a team-oriented mindset are fundamental to our culture at EFS.

Additional Information

Security clearance is required for this role, which involves a minimum of five years continuous UK residency.
