We are currently recruiting for Account Manager to join our fantastic team at our site based in Heathrow and/or Midlands. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
We are looking for someone with a proven background in Key Account Management within a B2B environment, combined with a demonstrable track record of sales growth and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a solid understanding of selling scientific products and services, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. While experience in workplace drug testing and commercial procurement is desirable, it’s not essential. A scientific background or education would also be an advantage.
The right candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to exceed customer expectations. They will be a strategic thinker who takes ownership, promotes the voice of the customer, and fosters a positive culture through collaboration and strong interpersonal skills. A willingness to travel is essential, and a team-oriented mindset with integrity and a customer-focused attitude sits at the heart of everything we do at EFS.
Due to the highly sensitive nature of the work, applicants should note that security clearance is required for this role. To gain security clearance you must have five years continuous residency in the UK. Security clearance is undertaken by a third party to police personnel vetting standards (NPPV/3 and SC), as such any criminal convictions may prevent you from gaining security clearance.
