OUR WORK MODEL
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office at least 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
YOUR ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of Mid-Market customers by managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. You will proactively engage with decision-makers, lead commercial negotiations, and maximize revenue from your accounts. In this high-growth, fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in scaling our Account Management function and driving long-term customer success.
