Leeds (Hybrid: Tuesday to Thursday in-office)
Full-time • Salary £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience + 9-Day Fortnight Option

What you’ll do
Manage your own account portfolio, building strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive long-term success and repeat business
Work closely with clients in the sport and performance space, understanding their audiences, objectives, and the unique dynamics of the sector
Coordinate and deliver campaigns with internal teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to budget
Act as the key point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress and ensuring clarity and alignment throughout projects
Prepare for and contribute to new business pitches, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
Oversee project workflow, ensuring SLAs and contractual requirements are met
Coordinate campaign and studio workstreams – ensuring jobs are briefed, tracked, and invoiced accurately
Contribute to weekly WIP meetings, highlighting capacity and flagging potential challenges early
Support the wider team with account admin, reporting, and performance tracking
Contribute to the development and review of agency processes to support continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in an agency environment (ideally 2+ years)
A passion for sport – whether that’s from previous client work or your own personal interest in performance, fitness, or sporting culture
Strong relationship-building skills and a confident client-facing manner
Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing multiple projects and timelines at once
A strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering value
Familiarity with creative workflows and project management processes
A calm, proactive approach and a collaborative, team-first attitude
What you’ll get
Salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
