The Role

This is a fast-paced, office-based position where you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and supporting the end-to-end sales order process.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Acting as a key point of contact for new and existing customers.
  • Processing sales orders using Sage (or similar ERP systems).
  • Coordinating with internal teams (production, transport, suppliers) to fulfil orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting production planning activities and associated admin tasks.
  • Developing lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.

We're seeking a proactive and organised individual with a strong customer service background and an interest in developing their career within a growing industry.

You'll Need

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A high level of attention to detail.
