• Experience in Hard FM services leadership at a technical manager level.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation (SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH).
• Full, clean driving license.

Job description

Equans is looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Woodland View Hospital, Ayrshire & Arran NHS Trust. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary, company car or car allowance, bonus, and benefits.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the delivery of contracted services, including statutory compliance, reactive and corrective works, supply chain, lifecycle, and variation works.
• Overseeing budget and P&L responsibilities, leading an operational team of 6 FTEs.
• Ensuring contractual and legislative compliance, managing risks, and developing relationships with stakeholders.
• Leading technical and operational aspects of the contract, including quality assurance, work order management, and strategic initiatives.
