Account Manager – About our client: Our client is a forward-thinking UK lighting manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of an ambitious business.
Competitive salary (£38k - £45k per annum)
Company bonus scheme (subject to successful completion of probation)
Standard hours (7.30 am - 4.30 pm) with flexibility available
Full-time position at the head office in Hoddesdon
Handle incoming sales enquiries, interpret technical details, and create accurate quotes
Convert quotes to sales and help meet team targets
Log and track quotes using CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups
Build lasting relationships with customers and maintain high service standards
Proactively follow up on quotes and sales leads to drive growth
Engage with new, existing, and lapsed customers to increase spend
Achieve at least 20% growth within your sales area
Account Manager – What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in commercial lighting or office fit-outs
Experience in Sales or Account Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
Organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
A team player with the initiative to work independently
