Job description

Our client is a specialist in the provision of salary sacrifice solutions for car leasing. They are a fast growing family oriented business with a close knit team focused on providing the best service possible to their customers.

They are looking for the right person to join the team. Details below but we are after someone who can help and support our customers and ensure a good level of administration behind the scenes.

They provide salary sacrifice solutions for car leasing, working behind the scenes with trusted partners like credit brokers and leasing providers to help companies offer great benefits to their employees. Their solution is a mix of smart software and human support makes the whole process smooth, simple, and compliant.

They are growing steadily and are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment where your ideas matter and your voice is heard.

Responsibilities Include

  • Responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Coordinating the setup and maintenance of salary sacrifice schemes for customers and partners
  • Promptly and accurately processing customer orders and payments
  • Providing guidance, training and support to partners and customers
  • Assist partners with customer meetings, explaining the benefits, risks and processes
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of partners, companies and employees
  • Managing 3rd party relationships, such as EV charger and insurance providers
  • Regular reporting and analysis for stakeholders
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to systems, tools, and procedures to enhance product offering, efficiency and accuracy
  • Assisting in ensuring processes and practices comply with legal and regulatory standards
  • Staying abreast of relevant developments and regulatory requirements related to salary sacrifice schemes

Full-time role, based in Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire.

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 based on experience

Hybrid working available. We will also consider 4 days week if that helps with work/life balance.
