Restaurant Associates UK is seeking a brand-new Account Manager to lead a flagship, food-led operation comprising a Brasserie and a staff dining restaurant. You will own the site, drive top-tier guest experiences and develop a strong team of circa 35 colleagues.

The role requires leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to build credi ble relationships with senior clients while delivering exceptional food quality and service.

Formación

• Experience leading a large hospitality team (approx. 35 people).
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Proven budgeting and cost-control abilities in a cost-plus environment.
• Commitment to food quality, creativity and consistency.
• Ability to collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams.

• Play an active role in developing the wider team and supporting succession and talent development.

This is a flagship account, playing an important role within the wider business and regularly hosting senior stakeholder visits. We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced leader to take ownership of this high-profile site, make their mark and drive an exceptional food and guest experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to lead a strong team, influence the operation and play a key role in an important contract!
