Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment Group is seeking an Account Manager to join their Organic Social team, delivering compelling social campaigns for well-known consumer brands. You will nurture client relationships, shape strategy and ensure flawless execution across platforms.

You'll collaborate with creators, influencers and internal creatives, present campaign insights to clients and identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell services within a fast-paced, collaborative agency culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a social, digital or creative agency.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads and emerging platforms.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• A passion for social-first content, culture and trends.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent client management skills.
• Experience overseeing content production and creator/UGC campaigns.
