Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a well known, unique business based in Cosham in their search for a Customer Account Manager

We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a sales setting but this is not essential as full training on sales and account management will be given

In this role you will look after a portfolio of established clients, maximise key accounts and develop new relationships with new business prospects. This role involved sales as well as customer service

Duties include but to limited to:

  • Recognising key sales opportunities
  • Maximising key accounts, building relationships, up selling and cross selling products
  • Process orders from customers over the phone
  • Developing existing customer relationships
  • Handling a variety of enquiries relating to deliveries of goods, returns, repairs or customer support

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience in a customer facing role
  • Have excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and be happy to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Have experience in customer service or account management
