Account Manager – Telecoms, IT & Managed Services

Location: Carlisle, Cumbria

Looking to step into a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your sales career can take off? We’re hiring an Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding team within a well-established Telecoms & IT business at the heart of Carlisle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular virtual and on-site account reviews
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services (IT, mobiles, energy, security, cloud telephony, connectivity)
  • Own customer retention by delivering exceptional service and building strong rapport
  • Act as a main point of contact for your clients, supported by in-house delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track opportunity pipelines
  • Provide clients with updates on installations and service delivery
