Account Manager

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and helping businesses grow? We're looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Customer Success team and become the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you\'ll be the key point of contact for customers - their advisor, advocate, and go-to person for ensuring they get the most from their solutions. You\'ll also spot opportunities to introduce new services and drive growth.

What you\'ll do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business owners
  • Conduct regular business reviews & customer meetings
  • Present tailored proposals for new requirements
  • Introduce new products & services that add real value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Hold annual service-level reviews with assigned clients
  • Achieve performance targets (revenue, engagement, retention)
  • Support marketing campaigns & initiatives
  • Develop case studies and customer success stories
About You

You'll enjoy working with people, have a customer-first mindset, and thrive in a role where you can combine relationship building with commercial success.

Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer success
  • Strong understanding of accounting software & business processes
  • A proactive, "can do" attitude with a systematic approach
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to manage priorities under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence
