Job description

Company Profile.

Our client is one of the largest packaging groups in Europe, supplying some of the world’s most iconic brands. From concept to creation, they craft bespoke packaging experiences that are as environmentally responsible as they are beautifully designed. Innovation, sustainability, and client obsession are at the heart of everything they do.

They are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join their growing Client Services team in the east midlands—someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering excellence, and bringing their customers’ visions to life.

The role

As an Account Manager, reporting to the Head of Client Services you will be the bridge between the customer and our Client’s design, production, and logistics teams—owning client accounts, managing high end packaging projects end-to-end, and ensuring that our clients feel understood, supported, and delighted at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients in high end sectors.
Project Coordination:
Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously, from initial briefing through design, sampling, production, and delivery.
Internal Collaboration:
Liaise with design, sustainability, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of each project.
Quality & Detail Focused:
Ensure packaging solutions meet exacting client standards—on brand, on time, and on budget.
Upselling & Growth:
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through new packaging formats, sustainable upgrades, or seasonal collections.
Sustainability Advocate:
Support clients in making packaging choices that align with their environmental goals—and ours.

About You

You are a natural relationship builder with a polished, professional approach.
You have experience in account management, project coordination, or client services—ideally in packaging, print, fashion, or FMCG.

You are detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
You are curious about design and sustainability, and love working with creative teams.
You are proactive, fast-paced, and love a role where no two days are the same.

Requirements

Experience in an account management or project management role. Strong communication and organisational skills. Commercially savvy with a keen eye for design, detail, and brand. Familiarity with packaging, print production, or luxury goods is a plus.

On offer

A chance to work with some of the world’s most exciting brands. A collaborative, creative environment. Opportunities for growth and development in a fast-evolving industry.
