  • Revenue Protection - Forecast and safeguard income from panel instructions
  • Relationship Management - Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships
  • Escalation Handling - Resolve complaints and maintain excellent service standards
  • Strategic Work Allocation - Collaborate with senior management to distribute cases effectively
  • Business Development - Identify growth opportunities with New Business teams
  • Account Expertise - Master each client's brand, structure, SLAs, and portal requirements
