Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Account Manager to join our corporate subscription team at Property Week, the leading news magazine in the commercial and residential property market. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small, dynamic team of two where you can truly make an impact and build strong, lasting relationships with our corporate client base.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of over 200 accounts across the full subscription lifecycle.
  • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Proactively manage renewals and identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, updating their details and ensuring they get the most from their subscription.
  • Advocate for clients and build trusted relationships.
  • Attend Property Week events to connect with clients and industry leaders face-to-face.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Natural communicator who thrives on building rapport.
  • Sales experience welcomed from any background, including hospitality; a great salesperson can come from anywhere.
  • Socially open, motivated, and confident in ability to sell.
  • Keen to work on own initiative and committed to personal and professional success.
Contract & Location

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position based in Croydon, London.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary is up to £30,000 with a 20% bonus. We offer a range of benefits including 25 days of annual leave, a health plan, continuous learning opportunities, and income protection.
