Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Hybrid working with 3 days a week in either our VHQ in Crawley or our Clients offices. Please note the working week must include a Tuesday at our VHQ.

Contract: Permanent

In a nutshell

Virgin Atlantic Airways aims to become the most loved travel company. We are seeking an Account Manager responsible for developing strategic improvements for the Global TMC accounts, supporting the UK TMC account team, and identifying business development opportunities.

Day to day

• Deliver Partner Engagement plans across UK and Europe.
• Create and deliver training content for key accounts.
• Work with prospects and existing customers to grow business using focused selling techniques.
• Utilize CRM and Salesforce for business development activities.

About you

We seek candidates with proven sales or client-based experience, excellent analysis skills, and a commercial mindset. Key qualities include commercial awareness, numeracy skills, strong communication, stakeholder management, customer focus, and B2B experience. Industry knowledge of Virgin Atlantic products is preferred, along with training and planning experience.
