As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the core of our direct sales model. Your focus will be on engaging with customers through meaningful interactions and providing consultative support to enhance their productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What does the role involve?
  • Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and listening to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
  • Developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
  • Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system.

What you need is:

Qualities and skills include customer-facing or sales experience, solution-oriented approach, shared values of commitment, teamwork, courage, and integrity, resilience, adaptability, drive, curiosity, organizational skills, and a full manual UK driving license (disclose points and expiry date if applicable).
