Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Account Manager to join our corporate subscription team at Property Week, the leading news magazine in the commercial and residential property market. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small, dynamic team of two where you can truly make an impact and build strong, lasting relationships with our corporate client base.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of over 200 accounts and the full subscription lifecycle.
  • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, proactively managing renewals, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, updating their details, ensuring they are getting the most from their subscription, and acting as their trusted advocate.
  • Attend Property Week events, connecting with clients and industry leaders face-to-face.
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
  • Natural communicator who thrives on building rapport.
  • Sales experience from any background is welcome, including hospitality, as great salespeople can come from anywhere.
  • Socially open, motivated, and confident in your ability to sell.
  • Keen to work on your own initiative and committed to personal and professional success.

  • Full-time, permanent, hybrid position based in Croydon, London.
  • Salary up to 30,000 with a 20% bonus.
