What you'll be doing

We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives in relationship-building and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth. You will be the main point of contact for our venue partners, taking ownership of both existing accounts and new business as it’s onboarded.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from corporate venues to restaurants, bars, and music venues—and be responsible for driving retention, client success, and business growth. If you love working with customers throughout the entire lifecycle and are looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact, this is a great fit.

Core Responsibilities

  • Full Post-Sales Ownership: Manage the entire post-sales journey, including account growth, relationship building, and contract renewals.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by upgrading existing accounts and growing your portfolio through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting partnerships with venue partners. Ensure their success on the platform by engaging them in regular performance reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and addressing challenges.
  • Data-Driven Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly reviews (both online and in-person) to assess performance and ensure venues are getting maximum value from the platform. Be confident in presenting data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Account Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Success, Sales, Marketing, Product) to optimise our processes, ensuring we’re delivering the best possible experience for our venue partners.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure we’re championing the needs of the customer at every step of the journey.
