As an Account Manager in London, you will be in charge of the entire organization of our private sales events in the showroom, from the operational planning to the end of sale reporting with the brand partner.
A true Arlettie ambassador, you will be the privileged interlocutor of our partner Houses and our operational teams to make each event a success in terms of turnover and customer satisfaction.
Follow-up and management of the sale:
Coming from a business school background, you justify a similar experience in commercial or merchandising with at least two years in the luxury and fashion industry.
A true entrepreneur, you will be responsible for the operating result of each sale and for maintaining your budget.
You will be able to manage the sale organisation as a whole (marketing, logistics, team) by solving event-specific solutions and working well under pressure.
Smiling, dynamic, enthusiastic, persevering, you are concerned with providing quality service at every sale stage.
You are passionate about the world of fashion and luxury and have a natural product sensitivity.
You distinguish yourself by your great professional rigour and excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
