About the Role

As Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our client, responsible for overseeing contract performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that our services align with the borough's strategic goals. You\'ll work closely with operational teams, stakeholders, and the client to maintain high standards and foster long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client.
  • Monitor and report on contract KPIs, SLAs, and compliance.
  • Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and service improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
