Skillcast Group Plc is a B2B provider of e-learning and staff compliance management. We help companies to train and motivate their employees to act with integrity and in compliance with laws and regulations. Our clients are from all sectors, but the financial services sector is a major focus. Skillcast is a provider of e-learning and compliance technology that helps companies to build ethical, inclusive and resilient workplaces and a culture of compliance with regulations and standards.

Position overview

We now have an opening in our sales account management team that is responsible for strengthening existing client relationships to drive customer success, retention and upsells. This position will suit a highly motivated sales account manager with B2B SaaS customer success experience.

Location: City of London

Responsibilities
  • Manage your portfolio of clients and take full ownership of their customer success
  • Achieve your revenue targets and KPIs as set out by the Commercial team
  • Onboard new clients that are transferred from the Business Development team into your portfolio
  • Build a deep understanding of client business priorities and form solid relationships at multiple levels
  • Keep clients engaged with relevant updates present Skillcast products and services and articulate Skillcast USPs
  • Grow client revenue stream with products and services that help the client succeed
  • Plan renewals and execute them in a timely manner
  • Work with the commercial team to maintain and update client and sales information in CRM, including customer profiles, pain points, key objections
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of account management/customer success experience, with a B2B SaaS provider serving compliance, learning, or regulatory-focused clients
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders in client organisations through a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Track record of portfolio growth, including high client retention, cross-sell, and upsell success in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex SaaS and compliance concepts into clear client value propositions
  • Solution focused and proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver on client needs
  • Organised and self-motivated to meet and exceed agreed targets
  • Disciplined and efficient use of CRM systems, controls and the use metrics track record
