Role Summary: We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Patsnap team where you will play a critical role in managing and expanding relationships within your assigned book of business. Your focus will be on driving customer success by ensuring that clients realize maximum value from Patsnap's offerings.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly net renewal and expansion targets, while also building long-term, trusted partnerships with clients. Your ability to negotiate renewal contracts, identify and close expansion opportunities and communicate effectively will be essential to your success in this dynamic and client-facing position.
This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office with the expectation to come in once a week on Wednesdays. You are welcome to come in additional days or work fully in office.
