We are looking for an Account Manager to join our UK team, based in Scotland. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up.

The Role

You’ll be managing the daily relationship with a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most successful partners and supporting our rapidly scaling business in the North of Scotland. You will use your expertise of the Deliveroo platform to grow these partners' sales, help them improve their daily operations, and become more efficient in working with customers and riders.

Using data to understand performance patterns and creating insights to identify improvement areas will be key to your success. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with the Scottish commercial team, as well as other functions such as Marketing and Operations.

You will:
  • Maintain and grow relationships between Deliveroo and our top Scottish restaurant partners through strong communication, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Drive restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximize order volume and growth potential.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership terms.
  • Liaise with rider operations teams to improve operational efficiency within your portfolio.
  • Work with marketing teams to launch campaigns that accelerate restaurant and platform growth.
  • Innovate, present, and manage growth initiatives in Scotland.
Requirements
  • Experience in account management or strategic partnerships roles.
