Our client, a successful B2B and B2C company, is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their team in [Insert location]. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated bank of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving any queries or issues in a timely manner
  • Act as the main point of contact for agencies, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their requirements
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to agency accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
  • Handle referrals from agencies with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish
  • Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, showcasing excellent verbal and listening skills
