Job Title: Account Manager

Due to rapid growth, the Gemini sales division of Global 4 Group is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager. This presents a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to clients, manage account renewals, cross-sell our full suite of products—including IT support, mobiles, energy, and security services—and support customers in housing their key business services under one Gemini roof.

What will you be doing?
  1. Grow and develop our existing customer base through daily account calls, booking and attending virtual and on-site health checks.
  2. Cross-sell and introduce additional services and new platforms to existing customers via our multi-service discount proposals.
  3. Retain customers by building strong relationships.
  4. Act as a point of contact for account queries, with support from our extensive teams.
  5. Update customer and service information in our CRM system to track future opportunities.
  6. Develop opportunity pipelines and track progress.
  7. Keep customers informed about installations and projects.
Required skills & experience
  • Proven experience in solution sales.
  • Experience managing and retaining accounts while increasing profitability through cross-selling.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking.
  • Enthusiastic, high-energy, and proactive.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Confident in both telephone and face-to-face client interactions.
  • Financially motivated and target-driven.
