A vibrant café serving over 1,200 coffees daily; a bustling restaurant with 600+ covers for breakfast and lunch; VIP meeting room hospitality with white-glove service; an exclusive 6th-floor terrace hosting after-hours events; a professional front-of-house & reception team ensuring seamless guest arrival and client support. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you\'ll take full ownership of the client relationship, drive service excellence across all touchpoints, and lead a passionate team to deliver standout experiences every day.

Responsibilities
