We are looking for a motivated Utility Connections Account Manager to join our team in Bury HQ. This role is ideal for someone with utility infrastructure experience (gas, water, electricity, or multi-utility) who wants to grow their career in account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warm inbound enquiries and build long-term client relationships.
  • Guide customers through the end-to-end utility connections process (quotations, designs, delivery, power-on).
  • Work with developers, contractors, ICPs, and IDNOs to provide competitive, tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and pricing schedules.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with uncapped commission.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Skills & Experience
  • Background in utility connections/infrastructure (new connections, disconnections, diversions).
  • Experience with: ICPs or IDNOs, Developers, contractors, or utility companies managing connections, Multi-utility providers, coordinators, or estimators
  • Advantage: knowledge of green energy or metering.
