Overview

Inspired Thinking Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you'll be right in the action, making sure our clients get the service they need and everything runs smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for our clients, handling all sorts of communications and requests. You'll ensure our point-of-sale communications click with the Waitrose business plan and resonate with our brand's values. It’s about engaging the right audience with content that matters. You'll juggle a mix of projects, from creative visuals to strategic planning. If you love client interactions, building strong connections, and having a direct impact, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client brief owners, handling all communications and requests.
  • Project manage point-of-sale communications, aligning with the Waitrose business plan and reinforcing brand values.
  • Engage target audiences with relevant content through both structural and visual creative development.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project delivery within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget - "Right First Time".
  • Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives, including exploring print suppliers through the RFQ process to secure competitive rates.
  • Focus on reducing point-of-sale volume and achieving cost savings.
  • Provide outstanding administrative support in invoicing, work-in-progress updates, briefing, and supplier management.
  • Integrate into the client’s marketing team while acting as a Client Services Lead to deliver exemplary service.
