The Role

If you're seeking an exciting opportunity to work with a talented, dynamic team within a fast-paced and growing agency, then you’re in the right place. We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Leisure & Lifestyle team. Our clients include Diageo, Britvic, Marston's, Punch Pubs, and Nivea.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with clients by understanding their needs and business objectives, ensuring confidence in our ability to deliver high-quality work.
  2. Campaign Management: Overseeing the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on time and within budget, managing multiple channels like promotions, digital activations, and print.
  3. Market and Trend Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights that help clients stay ahead in the Leisure & Lifestyle sector.
  4. Internal Team Coordination: Collaborating closely with creative, social, and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with the client’s vision, involving briefing teams, project management, and providing constructive feedback.
  5. Strategic Planning and Growth: Proactively identifying growth opportunities for clients, seeking ways to expand services or enhance campaign performance based on their evolving business needs and market conditions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years’ agency experience (current Account Managers or Senior Account Executives ready for the next step)
  • Commercial confidence
  • Customer-centric approach, able to understand and drive client action
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and creative thinking
  • Champion of internal processes, with an understanding of how input affects output
