About Us:We’re a fast-growing software startup that builds cloud-based software solutions for the heavy equipment industry.We’re looking for an energetic, adaptable, and driven Account Manager to help us grow. This is a varied role - from closing deals and providing product demonstrations, to training customers and offering technical support. If you’re motivated by growth and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and build strong, trusted relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, both in person and virtually.
  • Work with the sales pipeline and forecasts.
  • Understand customer business needs and propose solutions accordingly.
  • Develop strategies for growth within accounts and for improving retention.
  • Help with product feedback, marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
  • Onboard new customers: provide training sessions and tutorials as needed.
  • Have a technical understanding of our products to provide customer support.
  • Help ensure customers get value from the product.
  • Collaborate internally with product, support, marketing teams to drive improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in account management, consultancy, customer success, or sales in a software/tech/B2B environment
  • Strong track record of achieving sales goals & managing client relationships.
  • Comfortable doing product demonstrations & training. Able to understand technical features and translate them for customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good problem-solving, ability to be flexible & to work in a startup where duties may shift.
  • Capable of working independently and in small teams.
