Role Description

Account Manager – Esports in Education

Yoyotech, the esports brand of Centerprise International, is a leading provider of esport arena solutions in the education sector. Collaborating with industry giants like Intel, AMD, AOC, Asus, and Nvidia. We specialize in designing and delivering full turn-key solutions, tailored to the ever-evolving needs of our clients.

We are seeking a driven, outgoing, energetic and results-oriented Account Manager to expand Yoyotech’s presence in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in IT, esports or technology sales, coupled with a strong understanding of the industry and its opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales: Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving the adoption of turnkey esports solutions in schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with key decision-makers (IT Directors, Heads of Curriculum, and Esports Program Leads) to understand their needs and present tailored esports solutions, including gaming hardware, software, furniture and full arena installations.
  • Site Surveys & 3D Design: Conduct on-site assessments and create 3D designs of esport environments, ensuring solutions are optimized for each customer’s needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee esport installations from initial concept through to completion, working closely with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Post-Installation Support: Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring institutions and businesses maximize their investment in esports.
  • Marketing & Social Media: Support the promotion of the Yoyotech brand through social media, events, and marketing campaigns, increasing awareness and engagement within the education sector.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with the latest trends in esports and education, identifying new opportunities and helping shape our sales and marketing strategy.
  • Private Sector Growth: Identify and develop business opportunities in the private sector, football clubs, entertainment venues, and businesses investing in Esports experiences.

Experience and Skills
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in an IT, esports, or technology sales role.
  • Good understanding of the IT, esports and technology landscape, particularly within education.
  • Experience in sales, business development, and project management.
  • Familiarity with 3D design software for creating esports spaces (or willingness to learn).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies as well as exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for esports and technology is preferred but not essential.
