Owen Daniels is proud to be supporting a leading engineering business in the aerospace and automotive sectors who are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their growing commercial team.

Responsibilities
  • Actively manage and drive the sales process to successful outcomes
  • Manage both existing and new customer accounts
  • Evaluate customer requirements and coordinate internal actions to meet them
  • Prepare and submit documentation to obtain technical and delivery approval
  • Conduct account reviews with key clients and act as first point of contact for customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer support is delivered effectively
  • Investigate, analyse, and resolve customer complaints with the Sales Director
  • Support improvements to the contract review process
  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry events
  • Ensure compliance with company health & safety requirements
Skills & Experience

  • Hours: 40/week, Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 15:45, Friday - 06:00 - 13:00
  • Annual holiday entitlement: 25 days + 8 bank holidays
