Are you an experienced Account Handler looking for a challenging and exciting role? Aon’s Advisory team in Manchester may have the opportunity you are looking for!
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually from home and from our First-Class office in the heart of Manchester city centre.
The Client Service Advisor co-ordinates and manages service for our commercial insurance clients, working with designated teams across Aon and collaborating with Client Managers and Directors to provide excellent service and care.

What the day will look likeAon Advisory provides risk solutions to businesses across a large number of sectors within the UK. Typically, clients will be either be a commercial or corporate company with a premium spend of between 10,000 and 250,000 The CEO and CFO’s will be looking for a local relationship with their broker, who can provide a tailored approach.
Advisory clients typically require bespoke insurance programmes and associated risk management and risk transfer services. Besides being the insurance broker, the team provides clients with a claims service and advice on risk management across most industries, with specialisms in real estate, food and drink, fuel distribution, retail and manufacturing.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Client Managers to ensure the highest level of service to each assigned Client. This includes:
