Our skilled Commercial Broking team in Retford are on the lookout for a new Account Handler to join them in providing top-class professional advice and servicing to all of our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing excellent end-to-end client service and governance: advise, arrange, review data, and remediate issues promptly.
  • Delivering profitable, tailored insurance solutions with optimal structure, pricing, and placement.
  • Building strong relationships and collaborating to grow business; place risks in approved markets, keep clients updated on changes, and ensure cover and terms remain suitable.
What we’re looking for:
  • Robust UK insurance experience, particularly in General Commercial Account Handling, and a solid understanding of regulation and compliance is essential for this role.
  • Excellent client service and administrative skills, including being highly organised, process-driven with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience using Acturis and MS Office.
