Your new employer has developed a high quality insurance service designed to support the needs of niche Property Owners throughout the UK. With this offering becoming more and more popular to their clients, growth and expansion has surpassed expectations.

They are now looking for highly motivated insurance professionals who have experience in Private Clients/HNW Account Handling, to help us drive forward plans for continued growth. Trading with a wide range of leading UK Insurers, we have developed our own bespoke products designed for our clients' needs. We also have high levels of underwriting authority and control.

The Role

• Private Clients/HNW Account Handler
• Providing outstanding customer service to our clients and building strong relations with Clients and Insurer Partners
• Adept in handling enquiries, quotations, MTA’s and Renewals
• Recording all relevant information, correspondence and documentation on our system
• Contributing to, and working with the wider team, in achieving our business plan including revenue and loss ratio objectives

The ideal individual will have

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Household and Personal Lines, ideally in Non-standard and HNW.
• Good level of technical insurance skills
• Ability to work under own initiative.
• Ability to identify and respond appropriately to an individual client’s level of understanding.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word & Outlook - Acturis desired but not essential
