Account Executive / Trainee Financial Adviser

London

A boutique firm of Financial Planners is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator / Paraplanner to join the team in London as a Trainee Financial Adviser.

The firm is looking for an individual seeking support to complete their qualifications and progress to becoming a competent adviser within 12-18 months.

The daily responsibilities will primarily involve working within the London office of a rapidly growing national firm, carrying out duties such as:

• Assisting Financial Advisers in a paraplanning/trainee adviser hybrid role.
• Writing suitability reports.
• Conducting product research.
• Preparing case files.
• Creating annual review packs for existing clients and developing new business cases alongside a financial planner.
• Analyzing and evaluating policy information to provide advice.
• Shadowing the Financial Adviser during client meetings.

Applicants should have several years of industry experience, be studying towards their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and possess good knowledge of adviser analytical software, including experience with Intelligent Office.
