We’re hiring for a high-growth healthtech scaleup redefining specialist-led care, starting with orthodontics. Their software enables general dentists to deliver aligner treatments (like Invisalign, ClearSmile) in collaboration with certified specialists, transforming outcomes and scaling modern dental practices.

Backed by top-tier VCs (like Balderton) and fresh off a record quarter, they’re now looking for a commercially sharp Account Executive to lead UK mid-market expansion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the full 360° sales cycle
  • Closing 6 to 8 deals per year with practices of 150 to 200 people
  • Running deep consultative sales over 5 to 6 month cycles
  • Selling a dual-revenue model: SaaS plus usage-based consumption
  • Collaborating with product and clinical ops to shape customer experience

You'll thrive if you:

  • Have 3 to 5+ years of AE experience, ideally in start-ups or scaleups
  • Are curious, coachable, and hungry to master complex sales motions
  • Enjoy building outbound motions from scratch (call-heavy)
