Job summary

A remote-first agency is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships and support brands on TikTok Shop. This role requires confident communication skills, organizational abilities, and a desire to understand TikTok/TikTok Shop. The Account Executive will facilitate onboarding and coordinate campaigns for exciting clients in a growing eCommerce environment.

Qualifications

  • Confident and articulate communicator, able to present to clients.
  • A basic understanding of TikTok/TikTok Shop is preferred.
  • Highly organized and reliable.
  • Prior experience in an agency or eCommerce role is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for assigned clients, supporting onboarding and training.
  • Explain TikTok Shop's features and coordinate internal teams.
  • Track client performance and resolve issues with support from senior members.
  • Maintain communication with clients via email and Zoom.
  • Prepare reports and feedback summaries for client strategy.

This remote-first (but London-based) business is on a mission to empower brands and creators to thrive on TikTok Shop. As a full-service agency, they support clients with everything from campaign strategy to content creation, account management and live commerce. With TikTok Shop rapidly becoming the go-to platform for social-first eCommerce, we're helping them expand the team and are looking for a confident Account Executive to join the team.

About the role:

As an Account Executive, you'll be at the heart of their client relationships, working closely with one of the founders, helping brands and creators navigate TikTok Shop and unlock its potential. You'll support the delivery of training and onboarding, help coordinate ongoing campaigns, and act as a day-to-day point of contact for a range of exciting clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a go-to contact for assigned clients, supporting onboarding, training & account setup
  • Confidently explain TikTok Shop's features & processes & best practicesHelp coordinate internal teams (content, creators, logistics) to deliver strong results
  • Track client performance and troubleshoot any issues with support from senior team members
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email, Zoom and WhatsApp
  • Prepare basic reports, case studies or feedback summaries to feed into wider client strategy


About you:

  • Confident and articulate communicator - happy to jump on a call or present to clients
  • Some understanding of TikTok/TikTok Shop - or keen to learn fast
  • Highly organised, reliable and solutions-focusedIdeally some experience in an agency, eCommerce or marketing support role
  • Passionate about creator-led commerce and the power of TikTok
