Account Executive - Strategic Accounts

What is this role about?

Our Sales Team is expanding with an Account Executive who will work strategically to acquire new business across the UK&I region. We seek someone to surpass revenue targets through new logo sales within our CX, CCaaS, AI, and Digital products portfolio.

As an Account Executive at NiCE, you will understand customer needs for our digital solutions, enhancing their customer experience and proposing innovative solutions to their business challenges. You will help craft strategies aligned with their objectives, showcasing the value of NiCE solutions through tailored use cases that highlight our platform's potential.

How will you make an impact?
  • Close deals and build a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
  • Support sales partners by participating in calls and closing deals.
  • Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
  • Attend industry events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers and partners.
  • Stay informed about competitors in CCaaS, Digital, and AI sectors, understanding their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer processes, needs, and challenges.
  • Engage in strategic discussions to demonstrate how NiCE can deliver value and transform customer relationships.
What are we looking for?
  • A consultative mindset, capable of identifying customer problems and positioning our digital solutions effectively.
  • A proven track record in selling software and acquiring new enterprise-level clients (>500 seats).
  • A hunter mentality, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using a consultative approach.
  • Deep understanding of the CCaaS market, ideally gained in similar roles at enterprise software companies or SI organizations working closely with tech teams and customers.
  • Motivation to exceed quotas and pursue rewards at NiCE.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-office environment with a proactive attitude.
