Account Executive | High-Growth ClimateTech SaaS | Hybrid - London

We're seeking an experienced SDR/BDR in the SaaS space to advance into a full 360 closing role!

A rapidly growing ClimateTech SaaS start-up is looking for a commercially minded, ambitious Account Executive to be their first dedicated sales hire. With a surge of inbound interest, this role offers the chance to own the sales process and help scale a platform that is accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy.

The Company

  • An early-stage SaaS start-up in the clean energy sector, focused on 'tech for good' to achieve net zero
  • Serving over 250 clients across the UK with strong monthly growth
  • Well-funded, with a mission-driven team developing a category-defining product

The Role

  • Manage the full 360 sales cycle from prospecting to closing, handling high volumes of qualified inbound leads from SMB and mid-market segments
  • Develop and optimize sales processes, selecting and implementing tools to boost performance
  • Support strategic deals alongside founders and leadership
  • Play a key role in the company's growth across the UK

About You

  • At least 1 year of SDR/BDR experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup
  • Degree holder, 2:1 or above, preferably from a Top 20 University
  • Proven self-starter with a record of exceeding sales targets
  • Interest in sustainability and technology is a plus

The Package

  • Up to £50k base salary + double OTE (uncapped)
  • Equity!
  • Hybrid work model - minimum 2 days per week in their Central London office
  • Option to work remotely abroad up to 30 days per year
