Job summary

A high-growth ClimateTech SaaS start-up seeks an ambitious Account Executive to take ownership of the sales process and scale their platform. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, refine processes and support strategic deals within a mission-driven team focused on clean energy solutions.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years SDR/BDR experience for a fast-paced SaaS start-up.
  • Degree educated, 2:1 and above ideally from a Top 20 University.
  • Proven self-starter with a track record of smashing sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 sales cycle from prospect to close, converting qualified inbound leads.
  • Build and refine sales processes, identifying tools and systems to enhance performance.
  • Support large strategic deals alongside the founder and leadership team.

Account Executive | High-Growth ClimateTech SaaS | Hybrid- London

We're looking for an experienced SDR/BDR in the SaaS space to step up into a full 360 closing role!

A high-growth ClimateTech SaaS start-up is looking for a commercially minded, ambitious Account Executive to become their first dedicated sales hire. With a flood of inbound interest, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the sales process and help scale a platform that's accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy.

The Company

  • Early-stage SaaS start-up in the clean energy space, "tech for good" helping to make meaningful progress towards net zero
  • Already working with 250+ clients across the UK, with strong month-on-month growth
  • Well-funded with a mission-driven team in place, building a category-defining product

The Role

  • Manage the full 360 sales cycle from prospect to close, converting a high volume of qualified inbound leads across SMB and mid-market
  • Build and refine sales processes from the ground up, identifying and implementing the tools and systems that will supercharge performance
  • Support large strategic deals alongside the founder and leadership team
  • Play a crucial part in their success as they continue to grow and scale across the UK!

About You

  • 1+ years SDR/BDR experience for a fast-paced SaaS start-up
  • Degree educated, 2:1 and above ideally from a Top 20 University
  • Proven self-starter with a track record of smashing sales targets
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and technology is a strong plus

The Package

  • Up to £50k base + double OTE (uncapped)

  • HYBRID - minimum 2 days p/w in their Central London office location
  • Option to work remotely abroad for up to 30 days per year
