We’re now searching for a commercially minded Account Executive to join their passionate team and play a key role in driving customer success and sales growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with B2B sales or account support experience who’s ready to take ownership of a client portfolio, learn quickly, and grow into a full Account Manager role within the next 6–12 months.
What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be based in their Stevenage office full-time, supporting and growing relationships with a mix of national and international retail accounts. Your day-to-day will include:
Managing a portfolio of trade customers and helping them grow their listings and sales
Responding to inbound leads and converting interest into lasting partnerships
Supporting key account admin and customer service, including order follow-ups and promotional planning
Working closely with your manager to identify new sales opportunities and create tailored account plans
Representing the brand at UK and international trade shows (5–10 times/year)
Collaborating with internal teams across operations, marketing, and product to deliver a seamless customer experience
Experience in a B2B sales, customer support, or account coordination role
A background in pet care, beauty, party goods, gifting, or FMCG is a plus — but not essential
A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys building relationships
Proactive, organised, and results-focused — you’re comfortable handling multiple priorities and taking initiative
A team player who’s eager to learn, grow, and get involved
Full UK driving licence (for occasional events and trade shows)
Salary: up to £25K depending on experience
Full-time, office-based in a vibrant Stevenage HQ
