What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision-makers and end users to close new sales
  2. Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources, including the financial advisor channel
  3. Utilize various prospecting methods such as phone calls, direct mail, and seminars to seek new clients
  4. Expedite resolution of client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
  5. Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and expense reports while maintaining client records in Salesforce.com

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma is required
  2. Less than 1 year of relevant experience and successful completion of required training programs
  3. 2 years of experience in sales or sales management
  4. Ability to project a positive image and represent the employer effectively
  5. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and self-study to enhance sales skills
