Why we need this role:

The Account Executive in the Public Services sector will drive business growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of existing and new accounts. The focus will be on nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities with government departments, leading sales initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to position Colt's solutions effectively within the Public Services sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop initiatives to grow revenue from new accounts and maximize cross-selling.
  • Create data-driven strategies to manage client activities.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, aligning Colt’s solutions with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to strengthen relationships and revenue.
  • Engage with Marketing and GLG teams for lead generation.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor virtual sales teams and support strategic account planning.
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline activities using proven sales methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Successful experience in revenue growth and managing complex accounts in the Public Services sector.
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of technology and data networking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
