Responsibilities
- Strategic Customer Engagement: Understand customer's business needs, priorities, and strategies. Deliver insights to help address these collaboratively, showing long-term value. Proactively elevate relationships across multiple levels of the customer's organization to secure alignment and execution. Maintain a big-picture perspective, demonstrating conceptual and creative problem-solving skills.
- Business Relationship Owner: Define strategic vision and lead transformation efforts with customer’s CxO-level decision-makers in Technology, Digital, and Business. Demonstrate leadership and challenge conventional thinking to achieve customer success.
- Team Mobilizer and Orchestrator: Navigate Microsoft’s ecosystem, understand systems, and coordinate across functions to maximize value. Work with executives, product experts, and commercial leaders to ensure comprehensive support for customers.
- Sales Leader and Operational Excellence: Understand digital transformation drivers and customer priorities. Identify new opportunities and help accelerate their digital transition, achieving revenue and consumption targets consistently.
- Sales Challenger: Build industry and technical knowledge continuously. Bring innovative solutions and benchmarks to C-level executives to improve efficiencies, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strong Communicator: Articulate complex problems and solutions clearly, logically, and impactfully.
- Inclusive Leader: Foster an inclusive team culture that embraces diversity. Build trust-based relationships through collaboration and communication with customers and team members.
- Key Player: Lead by example, striving for excellence. Take on leadership roles within the team without direct management responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience serving the public sector, with a deep understanding of governmental challenges and opportunities presented by technology-enabled change.
- Ability to simplify complex scenarios into actionable outcomes, demonstrating success in previous roles.
- Experience engaging at the board level and inspiring change through technology in government contexts.
- Proven ability to lead virtual teams without direct management, creating clarity amidst competing priorities.
