Job title: Account Executive – Property Owners and Construction

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Location: City of London

ROLE OVERVIEW

Lawes are currently partnering with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their Property Owners and Construction team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a substantial book of business while contributing to the firm’s digital expansion and overall growth strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and managed an inherited book of business
  • Pipeline of warm leads to follow up
  • Opportunity to work on corporate complex premiums
  • Support and promote the brokers digital initiatives to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive team performance and business success.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in managing real estate and construction insurance accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the London Market and property owner-specific policies.
  • Ability to manage high-value accounts (premiums above £20k) with a strategic and client-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader business objectives.
