Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of commercial property clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of commercial property clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Review and assess clients’ commercial property risks, offering expert advice and coverage recommendations.
  • Prepare and present clear, detailed proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic guidance and support business development.
  • Handle policy renewals and updates, ensuring ongoing compliance with industry regulations.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance services to maximise client value.
DAY-TO-DAY
  • Meeting with clients to understand their property insurance requirements and presenting customised solutions.
  • Coordinating with insurance providers to negotiate coverage terms and competitive rates.
  • Monitoring your client portfolio to identify upsell opportunities and address policy renewal timelines.
  • Attending industry events or training sessions to stay updated on market changes and regulatory compliance.
  • Working closely with your team to brainstorm and implement innovative approaches to solving client challenges.
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
